I am using an EV2300 to unlock DJi batteries I have successfully reset several Mavic batteries but I have one that remains locked after clearing PF faults see photos attached.

When powered on the locked status disappears but returns when off.

When used in the drone the controller says battery issue.

Also have the same issue with a Phantom 4 battery but will put this in a separate post.

Power Off
Power On

Many thanks for any help

 Pictures are too small to read anything. No need to capture full desktop.

 Use this button to take a pictures of the software.

 It is normal behaviour for all Dji batteries. When battery is powered Off by push-button there is no voltage output, mosfets are locked. It should not be confused with Permanent Failure.

Paste a picture of error.

@djibattworkshop

Hi sorry for late reply

Not quite sure whats happening with this battery I originally sold this battery but was returned to me because it wouldn’t charge and showed when plugged into the drone that it wasn’t a genuine Dji battery I tested it in my own drone and showed the same I know it is a Dji battery. Now that I have removed it from its shell I plugged it back into my drone this time no message but go4 app didn’t recognise the battery but the controller did see pictures. When I now plug into my drone all seems okay. Could be that it was overcharged or possible connection problems. Sorry for war and piece but just wanted to explain as I am bit embarrassed as there now doesn’t seem to be a problem.
