Hi, does anyone know why the battery is unlocked but won't turn on or charge?
Thanks

@laarnova

Let the battery charge for one minute in the charge tab, and paste a screenshot here.

@loliconic Hi, these are two screenshots from when I charged the battery and left it for 10 minutes. It reached 49% charge. This is also the 1-minute screenshot you asked for.
Thanks.

Does the battery charge with the original charger?

With the original charger, LED 1 does not work.

It works perfectly using NLBA1. Can you try with another charger ?

Maybe you accidentally widened the battery pins, and they're no longer making good contact with the charger. Try narrowing them so that they make proper contact with the charger.

@loliconic

Hello, unfortunately the contacts are fine.
I also noticed that when I charge it with the original charger, LED 2 comes on first, then LED 1 (i.e., the sequence is wrong).
LEDs 3 and 4 never come on.
Thank you.

Have you changed the cycle count?

@laarnova

The unusual behaviour of the LEDs may indicate two possible issues:

  1. A communication problem between the battery and the charger (for example, poor contacts or a damaged battery).

  2. A possible internal error in the battery or its management circuit.

So, please check these two issues.
