Hi, I'm having a problem with a new battery. It could never be activated (my customer told me). The battery won't turn on with the button and is very unbalanced. So when I try to balance it, it won't let me because it doesn't notify NLBA that it's connected. It also won't let me unlock it because of the difference between cells.
Do I have any solution?

You need to open up the battery and charge the cells manually with a power supply source.
Make sure they all have a value between 3.3 and 3.8 Volts. In your case, you should charge all the cells at 3.4V.
The cells are imbalanced, open the battery and balance the cells as my colleague suggested.
