It only unlocks the battery when it's on, it only charges when the battery is on, and it only calibrates cells when the battery is on.
I also noticed that when it's off, it tells me the cell difference is 48 MV, and when I turn it on, the cell difference is 150 MV.
Can I try calibrating and charging while keeping the battery on?
Thanks.

Yes. Try to calibrate the battery when it's on.

@loliconic The problem is that the difference in cells increases with calibration, now the difference is greater

Probably, your cells are very bad and have different internal resistances, and that's why the imbalance is so big.
Can you do a cell check and paste the result here?

@loliconic Hi, I'm now trying to do the balancing with an Imaxb6 and it doesn't seem so bad, but when I put it back in NLBA it tells me the difference is 70 MV.

@laarnova

Please perform a cell check when the battery is charged between 30% and 80%.

@loliconic Is the calibration that slow?

@laarnova

Perform a cell health check before starting the calibration. If the cells are degraded or faulty, the calibration process will be ineffective and pointless.

Ok now I'm calibrating it

 It is useless step if cells are faulty.

 Cary out Cells Check like was suggested and SelfDischarge check to figure out cells condition.

@djibattworkshop Hello, thank you for everything, the battery is working and has already been tested on the phantom.

As always, your after-sales service is excellent.
