@loliconic I think it's not working well for me since it shows a total of 16.8 V, and when I connect it to NLBA, it says cell 1 is at 4.20 V and for cells 2, 3, and 4 it shows 1. That's why I want to try to raise each cell individually.

Have you checked every cell to see what voltage it has with a multimeter?
Please post a photo of the reading parameters in the NLBA1 software.

Hi, the problem now is that it's at 16V and it doesn't connect to NLBA. I've already reset the battery, but the light doesn't come on or anything.
I'll see what happened and let you know.
