Hello! You need to have an active DJI Battery Chip Reset License.

There are 2 types of licenses:
Chip Reset - for repairing laptop batteries
DJI Chip Reset - for repairing only drone batteries
I see you have an active Chip Reset license. With this licence, you can't repair drone batteries.
