Hi, I'm having a problem with a Phantom 3 battery. The cells are charged and the light comes on, but the NLBA doesn't recognize it. This is my first Phantom 3 battery, and could it be something wrong with me?
I'm sending the video.
Thanks.

Please send me a photo of the PCB and tell me how you connected the wires.

Hi Nicusor
I've already watched all those videos and managed to make some batteries, but I think the problem here is either with the board or the cell is draining quickly, not giving me time to charge all 4, and when I connect it, it's not at 3.5V.
As always, you and your team are very friendly and provide excellent service before, during, and after the sale.
