but after a little discharge at this point, charging will complete without any issue.
could you find this imbalance in charge log as well?
No. But it was detected on Calibration tab and Charge snapshots.
how the software calculates this imbalance which is not recorded in log
The only software developer could tell this exactly.
charging continues with no unbalance after this
So now charge is Ok ?..
No. But it was detected on Calibration tab and Charge snapshots.
charge/calibration logs are from same screenshots process. it should reflect in logs as well
Yes. But they are too long to inspect visually every cells voltage value. Probably its logged somewhere. Me just checked the moments where charge was stopped. Ans such a big unbalance was not found. On Cells Check tab its also not detected.
So now charge is Ok ?.
every time in charging, when soc reaches at around 70% or 80% charging current drops to -12mv and stays constant.
after stopping charge manually, if charging is started again even after much delay, current remains -12mv.
at this point, AFTER A LITTLE DISCHARGE, if charging is started then charging completes 100% without any issue.

i tried to find in the log from start to end, but could not find.
in an other battery's calibration, i noted that software was showing imbalance of 65mv while discharging but when i looked on cells voltages, difference was above 130mv between 2 cells. didn't took screenshot for reference.
can there be some error in software?

Software does not track unbalance in low voltage range. No idea why.
It was even created Feature Request topic to extend unbalance monitoring range. Otherwise it looks like unbalance obfuscation so poor batteries looks like good.

Try to charge the battery from BatInfo tab. Check if same issue could be observed there.
