sony VGP-BPS13 reading 0v

One cell was 2.8v, I recharged all to 3.7v

chip is R2J24010F020

It shows unlocked

No charge discharge of course!

battery looks ok. LED is on. try to charge/discharge in laptop.

also you can confirm cells voltages in russian software using ev2300 selecting proper channel.

Battery is not locked so if SP pin is connected and fuse is ok charge/discharge should work.

Curernt is reported as -6ma which indicates that output LED is on. Is this the case or not?

battery discharge is working. SoC is 28% which was 39% in previous post. 

also confirmed by Remaining Capacity.
