When "Battery Authentication Failure" error appeared ?.. 

Was it since beginning or appeared after disassembly ?..

I never had a chance to charge the battery because was over discharged, I had the drone for few years before I got to use it for firs time.

So to answer your question the error appeared after I disassembled the battery. 

 It looks something wrong was done with a battery.  

read eeprom and attach it. 

 do you have ev2300 or ev2400 adapter ?..

I think I figured out what you are asking for please see below:

 There was unauthorised changes to chip settings, thats why drone throws "Battery Authentication Fail" error. 

- Go to Seal/Authentication page of bqEVSW software 

- press Unseal button 

- confirm chip is Unsealed 

- Go to bqEVSW Pro page button 

- Send this command 

- Cmd 00, WriteWord 0024 

- Go to Seal/Authentication page of bqEVSW software 

- press Seal button 

- confirm chip is Sealed 

- go to SBS tab, press Read button 

- paste updated snapshot 

I did not get an error message when I unsealed the battery, picture above is the result after unseal button pressed. Also, I do not know how to check if the battery is unsealed.

Gest to make sure is this where I should make the suggested modification (picture below):

One more thing I would like to add, when I go to Seal Authority tab I get a lot of error messages, please see below screen shots:

Switch off the battery by push button and confirm all indicators Off !
