I've tried to cleared the fault and it says it's cleared, when I go back to the battery info screen it still shows locked. Am I missing something? Or do I need help via Remote Unlock?

Battery is not locked because Permanent Failure status is all zeroes.
Connect Dji charger and try to charge the battery.
I tried the charger again and it's fine now, I'm not sure what happened the first few times I tried to charge it. THANKS!

ev2300 could be the issue. It could create interference between msp430 and bq30z55 thus confusing proper communication. In such cases msp430 stops charging and switch off the battery.
So ev2300 smbus port should be disconnected from the battery pcb.
